The Orthodontic Palatal Expander is a fixed or removable intraoral appliance designed for slow or rapid expansion of the maxillary arch. It is commonly used in growing patients to correct transverse discrepancies, unilateral or bilateral posterior crossbites, and to create sufficient arch perimeter for alleviating crowding.
Each expander is individually sealed and sterilized. Orthodontic labs can specify screw type (e.g., Leone, Dentaurum), wire gauge, and acrylic color (clear, pink, or tooth-shaded).
Ordering Information: Provide stone models or digital STL files with desired expansion amount and screw activation protocol. Turnaround: 5-7 business days.
